Questions we get asked
How much is a boiler service?
A mains gas boiler service is £120, an LPG service is £135 and an oil service is £250. All are fixed prices including VAT, however long the service takes.
Can I book an exact time online?
You choose a preferred day and a morning or afternoon window. Our office then confirms your exact time by text and email. We confirm bookings Monday to Friday.
Do you do landlord gas safety records (CP12)?
Yes, for gas and LPG: £120 including VAT, which includes up to 2 gas appliances (more appliances quoted), or £160 (gas) and £190 (LPG) with the annual service done on the same visit. Appliances in rented homes must be checked every 12 months, and existing tenants must get the record within 28 days. We send the tenant copy for you and set a reminder. For oil, we offer the OFTEC CD/12 landlord check.
Do HomeSaver plans include an out-of-hours service?
No. Core operating hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding England and Wales bank holidays). Urgent out-of-hours call-outs by phone triage only. Smell gas or suspect carbon monoxide? Call the free National Gas Emergency Service immediately on 0800 111 999 (24 hours).
Is my boiler eligible for HomeSaver?
HomeSaver plans are for boilers under 10 years old (gas, LPG and oil). We can still service and repair older boilers.
