Landlord safety paperwork, sorted.

Landlord gas safety records (CP12) for gas and LPG, OFTEC CD/12 oil checks and annual services for landlords and letting agents. £120 incl. VAT for a CP12, or £150 with the service done on the same visit. We arrange access with your tenant, send them their copy, and remind you next year.

The rules, in plain English

12

months

Gas and LPG appliances in rented homes must be checked every 12 months.

28

days

Existing tenants must get a copy of the record within 28 days. New tenants get it before they move in.

CD/12

for oil

Oil has no legal landlord certificate. OFTEC recommends an annual service and the CD/12 installation check.
