What’s included in an oil service
Oil boilers need more hands-on work than gas. This is all in the fixed price.
- Burner serviced, new nozzle and filter fitted where needed
- Combustion tested and burner adjusted
- Heat exchanger and baffles cleaned

Good to know
Why is an oil service a fixed price?
Oil services take longer and vary more than gas. A fixed £250 including VAT means you know the cost before we arrive.
Do you check the oil tank?
Yes. We inspect the tank, fuel line and fire valve as part of every oil service.
Do you do landlord oil checks?
Yes. Oil has no legal landlord certificate, but we offer the OFTEC CD/12 landlord installation check.
